Polystyrene Foam Board - which is commonly used as printing board, photo frames, notice board, supporting board and mounting board. PS Foam Board or Foamcore Board, also known as printing board is widely used in printing industries as supporting board. Before flat-bed printing machine commonly available in market, PS Foam Board is laminated with the printed films / paper as supporting board. However, with current technology advancement, direct printing on Foam Board surface generally common in current printing industries.

Polystyrene Foam Board is naturally closed closed, hence provide the water proofing function. PS Foam Board is commonly available in 3 categories: 1. Plain PS Foamboard 2. HIPS Board 3. Paper Foam Board / Foamcore Board. The difference in 3 categories of PS Foamboard are the surface where:
Plain PS Foamboard - without surface lamination - Plain & Smooth Polystyrene Surface
HIPS Board - Laminated with High Impact Polystyrene Films which provide direct printing and strengten the PS Foam Board.
Paper Foam Board - Laminated with Paper which provide better direct printing effects and highest strength among 3 categories of PS Foam Board

Polystyrene Foam Board specification ranging from density 55kg/m3 - 200kg/m3 which is commonly available in White / Black Colour. However, Papaer Foam Board is laminated with 160g/m2 - 220g/m2 paper grade to support.

EVA Foam

EVA Foam - which is commonly used as Shoes Making, Mouse Pad, Foam Tape and Art Works. However, EVA Foam also applied in Construction & Building, Marine Industries, Packaging Industries, Electronics industries as insulation, gasketing, floating components and cushioning components.

EVA Foam naturally closed cell structures, which do not allow airflows can applied as sealant materials for specific application. Further, EVA Foam are naturally soft at the sametime strong elongation which can provide cushioning function allows heavy products packaging. In addition, with certain colour options, EVA Foam can applied in decorating & designing, specific colourized packaging materials

EVA Foam comes in various DENSITY & HARDNESS in suiting different application. DENSITY
ranging from 18kg/m3 - 100kg/m3. EVA Foam can applied with Adhesive Coating or Adhesive tape for widen the application.

Polyurethane Foam (PU Foam)

Polyurethane Foam (PU Foam) which commonly known as Sponge, come in various grades and applications. Sponge is normally applied in Sofa, Cushions, Bedding and Washing Sponges in our life. However, some other application we might not notice, which include Acoustics, Vibration Insulations, Packaging, Heat Insulations and some other technical application in various industries. Hence, industrial application of PU Foam, namely Technical PU Foam is not available commonly in the consumer market but Industrial Supplies Market.

Technical PU Foam come in various grade which is generally differenciated by DENSITY. Density of Technical PU Foam ranging from 18kg/m3 to 70kg/m3 in flexible Slab Stocks PU Foam. Further, Technical PU Foam comes differenciate itself from the HARDNESS, ELONGATION, AIRFLOW, PORE PER INCH....etc.
